Activating the Beeper

Note: This article is for devices with serial numbers above 20000

You can activate the beeper from the Find Nearby section in the app.

You can switch the beeper on when the collar is within radio range.

Depending on what mode the collar is in, the beeper will take longer to switch on. For example, in Fast Mode it can take up to 1 minute whereas in Normal Mode it could take up to 3 minutes.

Good to know 💡: The beeper will switch off automatically after 15 minutes.
