If you are seeing this message in the app and you have not yet received your petTracer, you can ignore the request for a subscription code. We will activate your subscription automatically before your device arrives. You don’t need to do anything else.

If you have already received your petTracer and you are still seeing this screen, please contact us at support@pettracer.com.


This can happen if:

  • You created your profile with a different email address than the one used for your purchase, or
  • You received your petTracer some time ago but only recently created your profile.
