Troubleshoot: 2.0 New Wi-Fi or Router
To change the Wi-Fi details currently configured in your HomeStation, please proceed as follows:
- In the app, tap on Devices
- Tap on the pencil icon next to the HomeStation
- Disconnect and re-connect the HomeStation from the mains as prompted
- Wait for the HomeStation to switch on Bluetooth mode
- Tap on the bin icon to delete your old Wi-Fi information
- Tap on Set up now and enter your new Wi-Fi information
- Go back to the app
