Troubleshoot: Collar stopped working

This article will help you if you have a collar which is no longer working or showing no connection to the portal.
These are the steps you should do to get you up and running again in no time. Please follow these in strict order:
1. Unplug your HomeStation(s)
2. Restart your Wi-Fi Router by switching it off and on again
3. Wait until your Wi-Fi is available again. This usually takes 2-3 minutes after re-starting 
4. Plug in your HomeStation again. Make sure it is within reach of your Wi-Fi
5. Wait until the blue LED switches from a double flash to a single flash
6. Place the collar in the HomeStation
7. Check that the collar's white LED flashes a few times and then switches off
8. Check that the red LED on the HomeStation switches on - this means the collar is charging
9. Fully close the App and/or web portal (browser version) and open it again
10. Check if the connection to the collar shows in the app or web portal again
11. Take the collar outside and activate Search Mode
