How to turn the collar off

It is very important that you only turn the collar off when is not on your cat.

Once the collar is switched off you will need to put it back in the HomeStation to switch it on again.

If you don't have the collar with you and you switch it off, it could be lost forever.

Using the App

From the app you just need to tap on Devices and you will find the switch off button.

To switch it off from the portal using a browser you need to click on the 3 line menu in the top right corner and select Account:

Click on Device Information and you will see your devices with an icon to Turn them off.
