Apple's Download Warning: Unidentified Developer

Note: This article is for collars and HomeStations with serial numbers below 20000

On occasion you will see this message when trying to open the HomeStation Configurator. This usually happens when we have a new version of our software which Apple does not yet recognise. These are the steps to follow:

Go to System Preferences and click on Security & Privacy:

Click on Open Anyway, you might have to press on the lock (bottom left) and enter your password:

Click on Open:
