How Do I Find My Cat or a Lost Collar?
This article goes over the steps you need to take to find your cat or a lost collar. Please identify the scenario that applies.
There is GPS reception and radio connection:
If there is Radio and GPS reception you can start searching for your cat by going to the last position shown on the map. You can also activate Live Mode to get an updated position.
There is no GPS reception but there is radio connection:
Try Live Mode to see if you get a new GPS position now.
If you don't see a new GPS position it means the HomeStation and the collar are communicating, but the collar does not have GPS reception. Your cat might be under a car, inside a building or in an area with poor GPS reception.
You need to make the HomeStation mobile and use the Radio Search Mode. Follow these articles:

There is neither GPS reception nor radio connection:
Your cat is outside of the HomeStation's range. As a first step, place the HomeStation plugged in at the mains by an open window on the top floor of your house to see if the connection comes back. If you don't get a connection, try a window on the opposite side.
If the above does not give you a result, you need to make the HomeStation mobile and use the Radio Search Mode. Follow these articles:
