Troubleshoot: HomeStation Configurator
Note: This article is for collars and HomeStations with serial numbers below 20000
The following steps should help you troubleshoot problems with the Wi-Fi Configurator software:
- Please ensure you are using the original USB data cable that came with your set. Do not use another USB cable even if it looks the same and the HomeStation LED is on.
- If there is no change after connecting the HomeStation to the computer, leave it plugged in for up to 5 minutes as the driver might be downloading in the background. After a few minutes, unplug the HomeStation, re-start the software and follow the instructions again.
